Obituary of Ralph Sterlacci
Ralph V. Sterlacci, 61, of Cresco, died Friday, July 13, 2018 at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Muhlenburg, in Bethlehem. He was the loving husband of Sharon (Meehan) Sterlacci, with whom he shared 39 years of marriage.
Born in Elizabeth, New Jersey, he was a son of the late Gaetano and Virginia (Amoia) Sterlacci.
Ralph was a 1975 graduate of McKee High School in Staten Island, New York. He was the former owner of S.T. Enterprise Used Autos and Crossroads Gulf in Canadensis. Ralph was of the Catholic faith and a member of the Pocono Mountain Classic Cars Club.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by his son: Dr. Nicholas Sterlacci, D.V.M. and his wife, Dr. Jacqueline Chaffer, D.V.M. of Chester, New York; daughter, Valerie Gragg and her husband, Adam of Hudson, North Carolina; brother: Vincent Sterlacci and his wife, Joan, of Madison, New Jersey; brother-in-law: Vincent Meehan and his wife, Laura of Colonia, New Jersey; nephews: John and VJ; niece: Caitie; grandchildren: Gavin, Carlee, Michael, and Dalton; many loving aunts, uncles, and cousins.
There will be a visitation from 3 to 6 p.m. with a 5 p.m. blessing service on Tuesday, July 17, by the Rev. Fr. Gregory Loughney, at Bolock Funeral Home, 6148 Paradise Valley Road, Cresco. Friends and family may gather at the funeral home at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, July 18, for a procession to Ralph’s burial. In keeping with Ralph’s wishes, please dress comfortably for the services and wear a hat to participate in the hats-off tribute.
